We offer a free site visit and free quotation service. Much of Bristol T.A.Ps' new business comes through personal recommendations, from satisfied customers and contractors. We are passionate about maintaining our reputation for being friendly and professional.
Bristol T.A.P has a flexible approach with our customers. We take care to listen to what you want, prior to any work being carried out. We also communicate each stage of the installation to avoid any hidden surprises.
All our work is carried out by CSCS certified, fully qualified and Insured Tradesmen.
What we expect
We understand that things don't always run to plan, where preparing for contractors to come to your site is concerned.
As you can appreciate we run to a scheduled work load, with customers booked in down the line. Therefore we would ask that, where possible, should you need to postpone, delay or cancel the job in hand, you give us at least 7 days notice.
For some jobs booked, a deposit is required to hold the booking and to cover sundries / Materials.
Payment is required upon completion and should be received no later than 7 days after the job has been completed .
Snagging is a routine part of every project, no matter how fine the finish. Once the Job has been completed it should be paid for.
Minor Snagging concerns is an unacceptable reason to withhold payment. If there are any minor snags, this should be communicated as soon as possible so they can be easily rectified. Furthermore Bristol T.A.P LTD Guarantees to complete any snagging issues, as soon as reasonably possible.
